过敏性紫癜患儿血小板参数和免疫球蛋白变化及意义

Changes and significance of platelet parameters and immunog-lobulin in children with anaphylactoid purpura

目的分析过敏性紫癜患儿血小板参数和免疫球蛋白变化及意义。方法选取2020年6月至2022年3月滨州医学院烟台附属医院收治的80例过敏性紫癜患儿作为观察组,并根据病情严重程度分为观察一组(40例,轻度)及观察二组(40例,重度);选择同期体检的40例健康儿童作为对照组。均检测血小板参数及免疫球蛋白水平,并比较三组的检测结果。结果观察一组平均血小板体积、血小板分布宽度均低于观察二组,血小板计数高于观察二组(P<0.05)。观察二组平均血小板体积、血小板分布宽度均高于对照组,血小板计数低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察一组、观察二组免疫球蛋白A均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察一组免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白G低于观察二组(P<0.05)。结论不同严重程度的过敏性紫癜患儿血小板参数和免疫球蛋白水平存在一定程度的差异,血小板参数和免疫球蛋白水平可用于辅助判断病情严重程度。

Objective To analyze the changes and significance of platelet parameters and immunoglobulin in children with anaphylactoid purpura.Methods A total of 80 children with anaphylactoid purpura admitted to Yantai Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical University from June 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the observation group,and they were divided into observation group 1(40 cases,mild)and observation group 2(40 cases,severe)according to the severity of the disease.A total of 40 healthy children who underwent physical examination in the same period were selected as the control group.Platelet parameters and immunoglobulin levels were detected,and the detection results of the three groups were compared.Results The mean platelet volume and platelet distribution width of observation group 1 were lower than those of observation group 2,and the platelet count of observation group 1 was higher than that of observation group 2(P<0.05).The average platelet volume and platelet distribution width of observation group 2 were higher than those of the control group,and the platelet count of observation group 2 was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The immunoglobulin A of observation group 1 and observation group 2 was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Immunoglobulin A and immunoglobulin G in observation group 1 were lower than those in observation group 2(P<0.05).Conclusion There are some differences in platelet parameters and immunoglobulin levels in children with different severity of anaphylactoid purpura.Platelet parameters and immunoglobulin levels can be used to assist in judging the severity of the disease.
