物理康复训练联合双重任务训练在痉挛型脑瘫患儿中的康复效果

Rehabilitation effect of physical rehabilitation training combined with dual task training in children with spastic cerebral palsy

目的探讨物理康复训练联合双重任务训练在痉挛型脑瘫患儿中的康复效果。方法选取2022年1月至12月广州市妇女儿童医疗中心小儿神经康复科收治的200例痉挛型脑瘫患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各100例。对照组采用常规康复锻炼方案,观察组在对照组基础上采用物理康复训练联合双重任务训练。比较两组运动能力、步行能力、平衡功能及肌张力。结果干预后,观察组粗大运动功能测试量表评分及步行能力均优于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组坐姿、站立位静态、动态平衡评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组肌张力分级优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论物理康复训练联合双重任务训练在痉挛型脑瘫患儿中的应用,有助于改善患儿运动能力、步行能力和肌张力,提高平衡功能,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the rehabilitation effect of physical rehabilitation training combined with dual task training in children with spastic cerebral palsy.Methods A total of 200 children with spastic cerebral palsy admitted to the Department of Pediatric Neurological Rehabilitation of Guangzhou Women and Children’s Medical Center from January to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation exercise,and the observation group received physical rehabilitation training combined with dual task training based on the control group.Exercise ability,walking ability,balance function and muscular tone were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the gross motor function measure score and walking ability of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of sitting position,standing position and dynamic balance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the muscular tone grade of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of physical rehabilitation training combined with dual task training in children with spastic cerebral palsy is helpful to improve the exercise ability,walking ability and muscular tone,and improve the balance function of the children,which is worthy of popularization and application.
