缩宫素联合葡萄糖酸钙治疗产后出血的临床效果

Clinical effect of Oxytocin combined with Calcium Gluconate in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage

目的探讨缩宫素联合葡萄糖酸钙治疗产后出血的临床效果。方法选取2022年2月至2023年3月东平县中医院产科收治的72例产后出血产妇,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组,每组各36例。对照组行缩宫素治疗,治疗组行缩宫素联合葡萄糖酸钙治疗,比较两组治疗总有效率、产后出血量及凝血功能。结果治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组,产后2、24 h出血量和产后总出血量少于对照组,活化部分凝血活酶时间、凝血酶原时间短于对照组,纤维蛋白原水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论缩宫素联合葡萄糖酸钙治疗产后出血可减少产后出血量,改善凝血功能,提高治疗效果,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Oxytocin combined with Calcium Gluconate in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods A total of 72 parturients with postpartum hemorrhage in the Department of Obstetrics,Dongping County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2022 to March 2023 were selected and divided into control group and treatment group by the random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Oxytocin,and the treatment group was treated with Oxytocin combined with Calcium Gluconate.The overall response rate,amount of postpartum hemorrhage,coagulation function were compared between the two groups.Results The overall response rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group,the amount of postpartum hemorrhage at 2,24 hours and total postpartum bleeding in the treatment group was less than that in the control group,the activated partial thromboplastin time and prothrombin time in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group,the level of fibrinogen in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Oxytocin combined with Calcium Gluconate treating postpartum hemorrhage can reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage,improve the coagulation function and therapeutic effect,and has clinical popularization value.
