卡前列素氨丁三醇联合益母草注射液治疗前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血的临床效果

Clinical effect of Carboprost Tromethamine combined with Motherwort Injection in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section of placenta praevia

目的探讨卡前列素氨丁三醇联合益母草注射液治疗前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血的临床效果。方法选取2021年1月至2023年1月包钢第三职工医院收治的90例前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血产妇为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组45例。对照组采用卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗,研究组采用卡前列素氨丁三醇联合益母草注射液治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组产后出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论卡前列素氨丁三醇联合益母草注射液治疗前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血的临床效果显著,值得推广运用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Carboprost Tromethamine combined with Motherwort Injection in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section of placenta praevia.Methods A total of 90 puerperas with postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section of placenta praevia in Baogang Third Employee Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Carboprost Tromethamine,and the study group was treated with Carboprost Tromethamine combined with Motherwort Injection.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of study group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The amount of postpartum hemorrhage in the study group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Carboprost Tromethamine combined with Motherwort Injection treating postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section of placenta praevia has remarkable clinical effect,which is worth popularizing and applying.
