自由体位分娩配合会阴无保护接生技术在产妇中的应用效果

目的探讨自由体位分娩配合会阴无保护接生技术在产妇中的应用效果。方法选取2019年10月至2020年10月于咸丰县人民医院待产的90例产妇为研究对象,应用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各45例。对照组给予常规助产,观察组给予自由体位分娩配合会阴无保护接生技术,比较两组的分娩结局与新生儿情况。结果观察组的自然分娩率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的会阴侧切及新生儿窒息发生率均低于对照组,产后2 h出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组产程短于对照组,会阴裂伤程度轻于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自由体位分娩配合会阴无保护接生技术在产妇中的应用效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of free posture delivery combined with perineal unprotected delivery technology in parturient.Methods A total of 90 parturients in Xianfeng County People’s Hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine midwifery,while the observation group was given free posture delivery combined with perineal unprotected delivery technology.The delivery outcomes and situation of neonates in the two groups were compared.Results The natural delivery rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The rates of lateral episiotomy and neonatal asphyxia in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the amount of hemorrhage at 2 hours postpartum was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The labor of observation group was shorter than that of control group,the degree of perineal laceration in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Free posture delivery combined with perineal unprotected delivery technology has significant effect in parturient,and it is worth promoting.
