小金片治疗乳腺增生的临床效果

Clinical effect of Xiaojin Tablets in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary gland

目的探讨小金片治疗乳腺增生的临床效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年12月于北京市石景山区八角社区卫生服务中心治疗的120例乳腺增生患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组(60例)和对照组(60例)。对照组给予逍遥丸治疗,观察组给予小金片治疗,比较两组患者临床治疗效果、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、肿块最大径、血清性激素水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组肿块最大径小于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组,孕酮水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小金片治疗乳腺增生可改善症状,缓解疼痛,调节性激素水平。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xiaojin Tablets in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary gland.Methods A total of 120 patients with hyperplasia of mammary gland in Bajiao Community Health Service Center of Shijingshan District in Beijing City from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into observation group(60 cases)and control group(60 cases)by the random number table method.The control group was treated with Xiaoyao Pills,while the observation group was treated with Xiaojin Tablets.The clinical therapeutic effect,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,maximum diameter of mass and level of serum sex hormone were compared between the two groups.Results The overall response rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the maximum diameter of mass and the VAS score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the level of progesterone in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaojin Tablets treating hyperplasia of mammary gland can improve symptoms,relieve pain and regulate the level of sex hormone.
