外科康复护理理念在小儿手部瘢痕挛缩畸形显微修复围手术期的应用

Application of surgical rehabilitation nursing concept in perio-perative microscopic repair of cicatricial contracture deformity of hands in children

目的探讨外科康复护理理念在小儿手部瘢痕挛缩畸形显微修复围手术期的应用。方法选取2021年1月至2023年1月于平邑县平邑卫生院治疗的86例手部瘢痕挛缩畸形显微修复手术患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为基础组和实验组,每组各43例。基础组采用常规护理,实验组采用外科康复护理理念。比较两组并发症总发生率、家属满意度及住院时间。结果实验组并发症总发生率低于基础组(P<0.05)。实验组家属总满意度高于基础组(P<0.05)。实验组住院时间短于基础组(P<0.05)。结论外科康复护理理念在小儿手部瘢痕挛缩畸形显微修复围手术期的应用,可减少并发症的发生,提高家属满意度,缩短住院时间,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the application of surgical rehabilitation nursing concept in perioperative microscopic repair of cicatricial contracture deformity of hands in children.Methods A total of 86 children treated in Pingyi County Pingyi Health Center from January 2021 to January 2023 for microscopic repair of cicatricial contracture deformity of hands were selected as the study objects,and divided into the basic group and the experimental group according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The basic group adopted routine nursing,and the experimental group adopted the surgical rehabilitation nursing concept.The total incidence of complications,family satisfaction and length of stay were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of complications of the experimental group was lower than that of the basic group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of family members in the experimental group was higher than that in the basic group(P<0.05).The length of stay of the experimental group was shorter than that of the basic group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of surgical rehabilitation nursing concept in perioperative microscopic repair of cicatricial contracture deformity of hands in children can reduce complications,improve family satisfaction and shorten the length of stay,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
