袋鼠式护理在喂养不耐受早产儿中的应用

Application of kangaroo nursing in feeding intolerant premature infants

目的探讨袋鼠式护理在喂养不耐受早产儿中的应用。方法选取2022年4月至2023年4月滕州市妇幼保健院收治的80例喂养不耐受早产儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为参比组和应用组,每组各40例。参比组予以基础护理,应用组在参比组基础上予以袋鼠式护理。比较两组喂养耐受情况、生长发育情况、奶量、热卡摄入及家属总满意率。结果应用组喂养耐受情况优于参比组(P<0.05)。护理后,应用组智力发展指数及心理运动发育指数均高于参比组(P<0.05)。护理后,应用组奶量及热卡摄入均高于参比组(P<0.05)。应用组家属总满意率高于参比组(P<0.05)。结论袋鼠式护理在喂养不耐受早产儿中的应用可有效改善喂养不耐受情况,促进生长发育,增加奶量、热卡摄入,提高家属总满意率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the application of kangaroo nursing in feeding intolerant premature infants.Methods A total of 80 feeding intolerant premature infants admitted to Tengzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the reference group and the application group,with 40 cases in each group.The reference group was given basic nursing,and the application group was given kangaroo nursing based on the reference group.Feeding tolerance,growth and development,milk volume,caloric intake and total satisfaction rate of family nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The feeding tolerance of the application group was better than that of the reference group(P<0.05).After nursing,the mental development index and psychomotor development index of the application group were higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05).After nursing,milk volume and caloric intake in the application group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of family members in the application group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of kangaroo nursing in feeding intolerant premature infants can effectively improve feeding intolerance,promote the growth and development of children,increase milk volume,caloric intake,and improve the total satisfaction rate of family members,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
