摘要
以标准化、实用化、复合化为原则,以材料成分分析的科研需求为导向,有效利用多种仪器设备资源,设计一个多方法联用测定材料成分的综合实验,实现分光光度法与电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法的有效结合。通过基础实验先修、特色实验选修的设置,充分体现学科研究的优势与特色,强化学生有效运用相关知识解决实际问题的能力。
With the principle of standardization,practicality and compounding,guided by the scientific research demand of material composition analysis,a comprehensive experiment for the determination of material composition by multiple methods is designed with the effective use of various instrument resources,realize the effective combination of spectrophotometry and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry.Through the setting of basic experimental prerequisite and characteristic experimental elective,the advantages and characteristics of subject research are fully reflected,and the ability of students to effectively use relevant knowledge to solve practical problems is strengthened.
