摘要
新时代我国电气行业发展产生了新变化,亟须高校为行业建设输送高素质人才,也给地方工科院校的新工科建设提出了新要求。以郑州轻工业大学为例,分析了电气工程学科建设与人才培养现状,讨论了当前高校人才培养过程中存在的问题,并从课程体系建设、创新能力与实践能力培养三个方面提出一些改进措施。
The development of Chinese electrical industry has changed and high quality talents for the construction are needed urgently.This brings new requirements for local engineering universities.In this paper,taking Zhengzhou University of Light Industry as an example,analyze the current situation of electrical engineering and personnel training are analyzed and the existing problems are discussed as well.Finally,some thinking and improvement measures are put forward from three aspects:curriculum system construction,innovation ability and practice ability training.
