新工科背景下具有航空特色的智能制造工程专业培养体系优化研究

摘要 智能制造是推动航空航天制造业转型升级的关键和突破口,智能制造工程专业是实现该领域应用型创新人才培养的有效途径。智能制造工程专业作为新兴工科专业之一,高校如何依据自身发展情况培养适应社会发展需求的复合应用型人才成为专业建设中亟待解决的问题。结合我校航空特色和新工科人才培养要求,构建了具有航空特色的应用型创新人才培养模式,探索了智能制造工程专业课程体系优化路径与教学方法改革措施,可为其他新工科专业建设和人才培养提供参考。 Intelligent manufacturing is the key and breakthrough to promote the upgrading of aerospace manufacturing industry.Intelligent manufacturing engineering is an effective way to cultivate applied talents in this field.Intelligent manufacturing engineering is one of the emerging engineering majors.How to cultivate compound applied talents to meet the needs of social development according to their own development characteristics has become a key problem to be solved urgently.Combined with the aviation characteristics of our university and the training requirements of new engineering talents,the optimization path of curriculum system and the teaching method reform for the intelligent manufacturing engineering specialty with the aviation characteristics,application-oriented and innovative talent training mode are explored.It can provide reference for other new engineering specialty construction and personnel training.
