摘要
面对以智能制造为核心的新一轮信息技术革命,分析了当前新工科应用型人才培养模式存在的不足,并提出了新工科建设背景下应用型地方高校智能科学与技术专业的人才培养对策。通过构建合理的课程体系、建设赛教融合实践培养体系、建设产教融合模式、加强“双师型”师资队伍建设,使得不同层次的学生获得不同层次的应用能力培养。
Confronting a new round of information technology revolution with the core of intelligent manufacturing,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the current training mode of applied talents of emerging engineering education.This paper puts forward the countermeasures of intelligent science and technology talents training in local applied colleges and universities under the background of emerging engineering education:establishing a reasonable curriculum system,constructing a practice training system of integration between competition and education,developing the mode of integration between industry and education,strengthening the construction of double-qualified teachers,so as to enable the application abilities of students of different levels to be cultivated in accordance with their aptitude.
