高校图书馆节能精细化管理探究

摘要 随着高等教育的快速发展,高校图书馆为了给师生及社会读者提供更丰富的阅读内容和更健康、更舒适的服务环境,拓宽了图书馆面积,增加了空调、照明设备、数字设备等,但随之而来的是能耗快速增长,已有的节能管理方式已不能满足要求。如何实施适应新时代新环境的节能管理措施是目前各高校图书馆亟待解决的问题。从精细化管理角度,阐述了如何有效应对节能效率低、节能不增效等情况的方法,基于精细化管理理念,采用制度化、流程化、信息技术手段,结合具体工作实践,从制度、执行、流程等角度对高校图书馆节能管理工作提出建议。 With the rapid development of higher education,in order to provide teachers,students and social readers with richer reading content and a more healthy and comfortable service environment,university libraries have expanded the library area,increased air-conditioning and lighting equipment,digital equipment,etc.,but with the rapid growth of energy consumption,the existing energy conservation management can no longer meet the needs.How to implement the energy conservation management to adapt to the new environment of the times is an urgent problem to be solved in universities.From the perspective of refined management,this paper expounds how to effectively deal with the situation of low energy conservation efficiency and non efficiency of energy conservation.With the concept of innovation+refined management,by means of institutionalization,process and informatization and in combination with specific work practices,this paper puts forward suggestions on energy conservation management of university libraries from the perspective of system,implementation,assessment process,etc.
