Comparative Study on the Effect of Calcium Magnesium Zinc Barium on the Crystallization of Plum Green Glaze in Longquan Kiln

以透明釉为基础,在透明釉中分别加入石灰石、滑石、氧化锌和碳酸钡四种不同的结晶剂,采用不同的烧成制度进行实验,观察釉的结晶效果和外观形状,从而总结出釉的结晶规律,并详细论述了釉的性状与釉的组成的关系以及与烧成制度的关系,为配制透明釉、结晶釉以及无光釉提供了理论基础和数据支撑。

Based on transparent glaze,four different crystallizing agents of limestone,talc,zinc oxide and barium carbonate were added to the transparent glaze,and different firing systems were used to carry out firing experiments to observe the crystallization effect and appearance shape of the glaze,so as to summarize the crystallization law of glaze,and discuss in detail the relationship between the properties of glaze and the composition of glaze and the relationship with the firing system,which provided a theoretical basis and data support for the preparation of transparent glaze,crystalline glaze and matte glaze.
