制备氨烃基侧链改性双端氨基硅油及护发研究

Preparation of Aminoalkyl Side Chain Modified Double Ended Amino Silicone Oil and Its Application in Hair Care Products

以二甲基环硅氧烷、氨烃基硅烷和氨基封头剂为原料,在碱性催化剂的作用下,通过催化聚合制得氨烃基侧链改性双端氨基硅油,并表征产物的结构与理化参数。所得氨基硅油用于护发组合物,护理发束后进行感官评价,通过石油醚萃取-称重法测定头发上氨基硅油的沉积量。结果表明,所得氨烃基侧链改性双端氨基硅油的护发效果显著,沉积物随护发次数未成梯度增加。长期使用含氨烃基侧链改性双端氨基硅油的护发素,毛发过度积累沉积该硅油的风险低。

Aminoalkyl side chain modified double ended amino silicone oil was prepared by catalytic polymerization using alkaline catalyst and dimethylcyclosiloxane,aminoalkyl silane and amino capping agent as raw materials.The structure and physicochemical parameters of the product were characterized.The obtained amino silicone oil was used in the hair care composition,and the hair care evaluation was carried out.The deposition amount of amino silicone oil on the hair was determined by petroleum ether extraction method.The results showed that the hair care effect of the obtained amino alkyl side chain modified double ended amino silicone oil was significant,and the sediment did not increase with the number of hair care.After long-term use of hair conditioner containing amino alkyl side chain modified double terminal amino silicone oil,the risk of excessive accumulation and deposition of the silicone oil in hair was low.
