响应面法优化磁性酵母微球对废水中Cr的吸附

摘要 酵母菌被广泛用于重金属废水处理,为了提高酵母菌的吸附效率,合成制备了一种磁性酵母微球,并将其运用于含铬废水的处理。以铬的吸附率位响应值,首先通过单因素实验,发现投加量,pH和温度3种因素为主要影响磁性酵母微球对铅去除的因素,进而采用响应面分析法研究了这3种因素对磁性酵母微球对铬的吸附交互影响。结果表明磁性酵母微球对初始浓度10 mg/L的Cr废水的最佳去除工艺条件为初始投加量154.02颗/10 mL,pH=6.13,温度为33.43℃,该条件下磁性酵母微球对Cr的吸附率可达96.87%,使Cr废水达到国家排放标准。因此,磁性酵母微球可作为一种高效吸附剂用于低浓度Cr废水的治理。 Yeast is widely used in heavy metal wastewater treatment.In order to improve the adsorption efficiency of yeast,a magnetic yeast microsphere was synthesized and prepared,and applied to the treatment of chromium-containing wastewater.With the response value of chromium adsorption rate bit,the effect of three factors on chromium adsorption rate was investigated by response surface analysis based on single-factor experiments with three factors selected as the influencing factors,namely,dosage,pH and temperature.The results showed that the best removal process conditions of magnetic yeast microspheres for Cr wastewater with initial concentration of 10 mg/L was 154.02 pellets/10 mL,pH=6.13 and temperature of 33.43℃,and the adsorption rate of magnetic yeast microspheres for Cr under this condition could reach 96.87%,so that Cr wastewater could reach the national discharge standard.Therefore,magnetic yeast microspheres could be used as an efficient adsorbent for the treatment of low concentration Cr wastewater.
