摘要
近年来,大气污染物对工业生产的影响受到广泛关注。为了解大气污染物对金属和设备造成的危害,我们设计了大气污染物对金属耐蚀性影响的教学实验。通过强制水汽凝结实验,考察了常见大气污染物SO_(2)对碳钢试片的腐蚀性,利用失重法测定了碳钢材料在不同大气环境下的腐蚀速率。使学生通过实验了解大气污染物引起金属腐蚀的原因,探讨防止金属材料受大气腐蚀的措施。这一创新的课程实验有助于提高学生分析和解决实际问题的综合能力。
In recent years,the impact of air pollutants on industrial production has attracted people s attention.In order to understand the harm of air pollutants to metal material and equipment,the teaching experiment——“the influence of air pollutants on corrosion-resistance property of metal material”was designed.The corrosion of carbon steel was investigated by forced condensation of water vapor test.The corrosion rate of carbon steel in different environment atmosphere was measured by weight loss method.The reason of metal corrosion caused by air pollutants in the process of experiment was analyzed.The prevention method for atmospheric corrosion was explored.The comprehensive ability of students to analyze practical and cultivates students innovative thinking was also improved.
