The application of equipment integrity in the basic workshop of petrochemical enterprises was introduced,and the establishment of equipment integrity platform and the implementation process of management system were introduced in detail through the application of equipment integrity management,improving equipment management level,strengthening major risk assessment and preventiving maintenance management,creating a good environment for equipment,reducing equipment failure risks,and improving equipment service life.In addition,the development achievements and shortcomings of equipment integrity were also summarized,and goals and prospects for the further promotion of equipment integrity management system in the future were put forward.
