摘要
随着我国国有产业不断扩大,国有项目发展迅猛。结合目前国有企业发展现状与科研能力,探讨国有企业项目的精细化管理模式。研究国有企业项目管理的理论体系,根据项目要素,从组织机构、进度管理、质量管理、成本管理4个方面,分析了国有企业项目管理存在的问题,并给出针对性的建议,提出了一套适合我国国有企业项目实际的精细化管理模式。
As the expansion of Chinese state-owned industries advances by leaps and bounds,state-owned projects are developing rapidly.This paper combines the current development in state-owned enterprises with research capabilities to explore the refined management of projects within these enterprises.Firstly,this paper initially delves into the theoretical framework of project management in state-owned enterprises.Then,according to the elements of the project,we analyze the problems of project management of state-owned enterprises from four aspects:organizational structure,progress management,quality management,and cost management.Ultimately,this paper provides targeted recommendations and proposes a refined management model suitable for Chinese state-ownedenterprise projects.
