乡村振兴战略背景下民族地区高校师范类专业人才培养初探——以西昌学院为例

Exploration and Practice on the Teachers’ Training of Universities in Ethnic Regions under the Background of Rural Revitalization Strategy——Taking Xichang University as an Example

摘要 民族地区高校师范类专业人才培养与民族地区基础教育发展之间,存在支撑度不够、匹配度不高、服务意识不浓等一些亟待解决的问题。面对民族地区基础教育仍然滞后、师资力量亟待补充的现状,民族地区高校需要主动契合乡村振兴战略,遵循“契合战略、思想引领、知行并重、校地协同、质量保障”的人才培养理念,构建全面系统的师范类专业人才培养新体系,培养民族地区急需的、服务乡村振兴的高素质教师。 There are some problems that need to be solved urgently,such as insufficient support,low matching,and low service awareness,between the training of teachers' professional talents in universities in ethnic areas and the development of basic education in ethnic areas.Currently,basic education in ethnic areas is still lagging behind and the teacher force needs to be supplemented,colleges and universities in ethnic areas need to actively fit in with the rural revitalization strategy,following the talent cultivation concept of “fit strategy,ideological guidance,equal emphasis on knowledge and practice,school-local coordination,and quality assurance”,in order to build a comprehensive and systematic new system for training teachers' professional talents,and cultivate high-quality teachers who are urgently needed in ethnic areas and serve rural revitalization.
