乡村振兴背景下高校涉农卓越法律人才培育的实践路向

The Practice of Cultivating Outstanding Legal Talents in Universities under the Background of Rural Revitalization

乡村振兴与高校涉农法律人才培育存在内在耦合关联性,一方面乡村振兴对涉农卓越法律人才的培育带来了战略契机,另一方面有益推进涉农法治人才契合乡村振兴的现实需求。针对目前高校法学教育供给侧与需求侧结构性失衡、人才培育模式守旧同质、形式上固守学科专业边界等现实抵牾,有必要科学设置涉农卓越法律人才培育的顶层设计,优化涉农法律人才培育模式,打破学科专业壁垒,促进学科交叉融合,重构高校法学教育知识图谱,构建常态化的校村实践培育机制,力求乡村振兴与法治人才培育的浸润融合,提升涉农法律人才供给保障,助推乡村振兴。

Rural revitalization and the cultivation of agriculture-related legal talents in colleges and universities.On the one hand,rural revitalization brings strategic opportunities to the cultivation of agriculture-related outstanding legal talents;on the other hand,it is beneficial to promote agriculture-related legal talents to meet the realistic needs of rural revitalization.In view of the current university law education supply side and demand side structural imbalance,talent cultivation mode conservative homogeneity,form to discipline boundary reality,it is necessary to set the top design of agricultural outstanding talent talents,optimize the agricultural legal talent cultivation mode,break the discipline professional barriers,promote interdisciplinary integration,reconstruction of legal education knowledge in colleges and universities,build the normalized school village practice cultivation mechanism,strive to rural revitalization and the rule of law talent cultivation infiltration fusion,promote agricultural legal talent supply security,boost rural revitalization.
