摘要 学生管理工作是影响大学生成长的重要因素,对于促进大学生的综合发展具有重要意义。“以人为本”的高校管理思想充分体现了现代教育价值观,以学生为管理工作的核心,充分尊重学生的个体差异和个性化需求,是传统管理模式改革的发展方向。本文从“以人为本”管理模式实施的必要性出发,分析了当前高校学生工作中“以人为本”理念缺失的表现,并从四方面提出高校学生管理工作的改革路径:贯彻“以人为本”的工作理念;建设“以人为本”的管理模式;完善学生心理咨询工作体系;营造良好校园文化和环境,以促进高校管理质量的有效提升,真正建立“以人为本”的管理模式。 Student management is an important factor that affects the growth of college students,and is of great significance for promoting the comprehensive development of college students.The “people-oriented” college management ideology fully embodies modern educational values,taking students as the core of management work,fully respecting students' individual differences and personalized needs,and is the development direction of traditional management model reform.Starting from the necessity of implementing the “people-oriented” management model,this paper analyzes the manifestations of the lack of the “people-oriented” concept in current college student work,and proposes four reform paths for college student management:implementing the “people-oriented” work concept;building a “people-oriented” management model;perfecting the system of student psychological consultation;create a good campus culture and environment to promote the effective improvement of university management quality and truly establish a “people-oriented” management model.
