摘要 以现代学徒制为背景,强化烹饪专业教学质量和效率,必须重视提高学生专业核心素养,即通过理论与实际相结合的教学方式,有效提高促进学生技能水平。针对烹饪专业的学生而言,为保证其就业竞争优势,本文首先概述现代学徒制培养模式,然后分析现代学徒制促进专业素养养成的现实意义,最后以实际问题为基础提出针对性优化措施,以期有效提高烹饪专业学生技能水平、学习能力,在保证其核心素养养成的前提下,增加其就业率。 In order to strengthen the teaching quality and efficiency of cooking specialty,we must pay attention to improving students' professional core quality,that is,effectively improve and promote students' skill level through the combination of theory and practice.For students majoring in cooking,in order to ensure their competitive advantage in employment,this paper first outlines the modern apprenticeship training mode,then analyzes the practical significance of modern apprenticeship to promote the cultivation of professional quality,and finally puts forward targeted optimization measures based on practical problems,with a view to effectively improve the skills and learning ability of students majoring in cooking,and increase their employment rate on the premise of ensuring the cultivation of their core quality.
