高职院校劳动教育实施现状及其实践策略研究

Research on the Current Situation and Practical Strategies of Labor Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

劳动教育是高职院校落实立德树人目标的重要抓手。了解高职院校劳动教育实施现状,发现其可适当提升学习者劳动热情与劳动意识,但当前劳动体系仍有待优化实践教育,有待创新,支撑保障力量不足。文章将从创新劳动教育体系,完善课程架构、助推多元主体协作,优化实践活动、拓展教育支撑保障,健全发展机制三方面入手,推动劳动教育发展,希望生成具有高职院校特色的劳动教育模式,切实增强高职院校办学能力。

Labor education is an important hand for higher vocational colleges to implement the goal of establishing morality and cultivating talents.Understanding the implementation status of labor education in higher vocational colleges,it is found that it can appropriately enhance the enthusiasm and awareness of learners,but the current labor system still needs to optimize practical education,innovation,and insufficient support and security.The paper will promote the development of labor education from three aspects:innovating the labor education system,improving the curriculum structure,boosting the cooperation of multiple subjects,optimizing practical activities,expanding education support,and improving the development mechanism,hoping to generate a labor education model with the characteristics of higher vocational colleges and effectively enhance the ability of higher vocational colleges to run schools.
