摘要
随着供给侧改革和制造业转型升级,社会对高素质人才的需求不断提高,高职院校更加重视通过培育工匠精神来发展学生的职业素养。本文基于提出问题—分析问题—解决问题的逻辑思路,先分析广州高职学生工匠精神培育的现实问题,探讨工匠精神培育的国际经验、现实条件和理论依据,归纳提炼工匠精神培育的有效路径,从理论与实践两个层面进行广州高职学生工匠精神培育路径的探索。
With the reform of the supply side and the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry,the social demand for high-quality talents continues to increase,and higher vocational colleges pay more attention to developing students' professional literacy by cultivating the spirit of artisans.Based on the logical thinking of posing problem—analyzing problems—solving problems,this paper first analyzes the practical problems of the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit of Guangzhou higher vocational students,then discusses the international experience,practical conditions and theoretical basis of the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit,and summarizes and refines the effective path of the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit,and finally explores the cultivation path of craftsmanship spirit of Guangzhou higher vocational students from both theoretical and practical aspects.
