Combined with the development status of digital trade and the integration of cross-border data flow regulation,protectionism,building walls and unilateral sanctions into digital trade,this paper analyzes how trade enterprises can be self-disciplined and self-strengthening under the current network power and digital trade,and how to adjust according to the actual informatization ability of enterprises,and explores the path of how cross-border data flow can promote the informatization construction of trade enterprises.
