养生视阈下传统武术继承与发展路径探析

Analysis of the Inheritance and Development Path of Traditional Wushu from the Perspective of Health Preservation

传统武术历经岁月的沉淀发展至今,具有丰富的文化内涵与传承价值,但随着社会的不断发展,传统武术却逐渐陷入了尴尬境遇。文章通过分析发现当前影响传统武术继承与发展的因素主要有:(1)缺少具有特色的传播模式;(2)理论体系构建不完善;(3)传统武术养生人才匮乏等。面对众多困境,传统武术若想实现其现代化发展,必须寻求一条新的传播模式,在“健康中国”的时代背景下,要紧紧抓住健体、养生热潮,深入挖掘其文化理论,建立健全人才培养机制从而促进传统武术在新时代发光发热。

Traditional Wushu have developed over the years and have rich cultural connotation and inheritance value,but with the continuous development of society,traditional Wushu have gradually fallen into an embarrassing situation.Through analysis,this paper finds that the main factors affecting the inheritance and development of traditional Wushu are:(1)lack of characteristic transmission mode;(2)The construction of the theoretical system is not perfect;(3)Lack of traditional Wushu health care talents.In the face of many difficulties,If traditional Wushu want to achieve their modernization and development,they must seek a new mode of communication,firmly grasp the upsurge of health and health preservation in the context of the era of"healthy China",deeply explore their cultural theories,and establish and improve the talent training mechanism to promote traditional Wushu to shine in the newera.
