体养融合的内涵、外延特征与融合机理研究

体养融合是在人口老龄化与健康养老理念认同背景下,以追求健康养老为目的,以体育为手段,在借助体育场馆、器材、设施的基础上,充分发挥体育服务的引领作用,通过新产品、新技术、新模式实现体育的市场化与社会化价值创新发展,更好地满足老年群体身体和心理的健康需求,实现体育在养老领域的经济和社会功能,达到体育与养老社会公共服务事业的交融与协同。公共属性产品、准公共产品与个体需求产品三种产品需求形态是体育与养老融合的内涵。体养融合的外延具有公益性与市场性特征,是半公益性质的产业活动。体养融合的机理是在政策引导、产品创新与消费需求等共同作用下,从技术产品融合到企业融合再到市场融合,最终形成体养融合的新产品、新模式、新产业。
