产业结构转型升级对共同富裕的影响研究

Impact of Industrial Structure Transformation and Upgrading on Common Prosperity

从发展性、共享性和可持续性维度测算共同富裕指数,并基于2010—2019年长三角26个城市的面板数据,实证检验产业结构转型升级对共同富裕的影响。研究发现,产业结构转型升级对共同富裕的实现有着积极影响,且该结论在经过一系列稳健性测试后依然成立。作用机制检验结果表明,产业结构升级通过提高生产率、促进技术创新以及推动劳动力就业转移,促进了共同富裕的实现。异质性分析显示,相对于其他规模的城市,产业结构转型升级对共同富裕的影响在Ⅱ类大城市中更明显。据此,应持续推动产业结构高级化,缩小产业结构偏差;注重资源要素与优化产业结构相匹配,推动产品与产业创新;因地制宜,促进科学循环发展。

The article tests common prosperity index from dimensions of development,sharing and sustainability,and empirically tests the impact of industrial structural transformation and upgrading on common prosperity based on the panel data of 26 cities in the Yangtze River Delta from 2010 to 2019.The results show that industrial structure transformation has a positive impact on common prosperity,this conclusion holds even after a series of robustness tests.In terms of mechanism of action,the upgrading of industrial structure promotes the realization of common prosperity by improving productivity,promoting technological innovation and labor transfer.Heterogeneity analysis shows that,compared with cities of other sizes,the impact of industrial structure transformation and upgrading on common prosperity is more obvious in type II large cities.Therefore,the upgrading of industrial structure should be promoted continuously to narrow the deviation of industrial structure,the matching of resource elements with the optimization of industrial structure should be focused on to promote product and industrial innovation,and adjusting measures to local conditions to promote the development of a scientific cycle.
