摘要
为了研究钢结构桥梁在采用大节段吊装施工过程中,钢梁局部承受较大临时支撑反力情况下的局部受力性能,并依此形成合理的临时加劲构造,以芜宣高速改扩建清水河大桥为背景,通过空间有限元分析和理论优化设计相结合的方法,对大节段临时支撑局部位置的受力性能进行了分析,并根据不同支撑位置优化提出了一系列的加劲方案,满足了临时支点的局部受力要求,也可为其他类似工程提供参考与借鉴。
In order to study the local stress performance of steel beams subjected to large temporary support reactions during the construction process of large section hoisting of steel structure bridges,and to form a reasonable temporary reinforcement structure based on this,taking the reconstruction and expansion of the Qingshuihe Bridge on the Wuxuan Expressway as the background,the stress performance of local positions of large section temporary support was analyzed by combining spatial finite element analysis and theoretical optimization design,And a series of reinforcement schemes were proposed based on the optimization of different support positions,which meet the local force requirements of temporary supports and can also provide reference and reference for other similar projects.
