The planning and design of municipal water supply and drainage systems are directly related to the capacity of urban water supply and drainage.Currently,there are some problems such as shortage of water resources,water environment pollution,and flood disasters in China.Analyze how to scientifically and efficiently plan and design the water supply and drainage system,and how to improve the operational efficiency of the water supply and drainage system.Introduce the planning and design tasks of municipal water supply and drainage,as well as the content of municipal water supply and drainage planning and design.Starting from the current situation of urban municipal water supply and drainage systems,combined with the common problems of water supply and drainage systems,and drawing on excellent design cases,conducted a thorough research on the future development and planning of urban municipal water supply and drainage,and developed a practical and feasible water supply and drainage planning and design plan.The research found that,the common problems in municipal water supply and drainage planning and design mainly include water supply system,rainwater system,sewage system,and personnel issues.Therefore,it is necessary to plan and design the urban water supply and drainage system reasonably,providing a new idea for future urban water supply and drainage engineering construction,and achieving sustainable development of the city.
