Prefabricated buildings,as an innovative form of construction,have attracted widespread attention and application due to their characteristics of speed,efficiency,and environmental protection.The cost management of prefabricated construction projects is not only related to project budgeting and cost control,but also to building quality,operational efficiency,and sustainable development.In order to solve the problems in cost management of prefabricated construction projects,this paper deeply explores the characteristics of prefabricated buildings,including their advantages of energy conservation,environmental protection,and short construction period.It analyzes in detail the connotation of cost management of prefabricated construction projects,including cost control,profit management,budget management,and other aspects.On this basis,a series of strengthening measures are proposed to improve the cost management level of prefabricated construction projects,providing useful reference and guidance for promoting the development of the prefabricated construction industry.
