智能建造多学科交叉融合人才培养模式研究

Research on the Training Mode of Intelligent Construction Multidisciplinary Integration Talents

随着新技术革命和工业变革的出现,传统的建筑业面临转型和升级的挑战。新工科时代,要求土木工程学科发展新的方向,智能建造专业面对许多新的机遇与挑战,高校如何培养出更多的全面发展的人才,以适应我国建筑业的转型升级需求,是目前亟须解决的问题。基于此,首先对智能建造专业的概念进行了阐述,从复合型人才的相关特点出发,对目前智能建造复合型人才的现状进行了分析,以此提出了智能建造融合土木工程进行复合型人才培养的策略,旨在促进我国建筑工程专业人才的培养,为今后建筑业的转型和发展提供有力保证。

With the emergence of new technological revolution and industrial change,the traditional construction industry is also facing the challenge of transformation and upgrading.In the new engineering era,the discipline of civil engineering needs to develop in a new direction,and intelligent construction is faced with many new opportunities and challenges.How to train more comprehensive talents to adapt to the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry in our country is a urgent problem.Based on this,this paper introduces the concept of intelligent construction,according to the related characteristics of complex talents,analyzes the current situation of intelligent construction complex talents,and puts forward the strategies for training complex talents based on intelligent construction and civil engineering,aimed at promoting the cultivation of complex engineering talents in our country to provide a strong guarantee for the construction industry transformation and development.
