摘要
针对工业领域的体力工作负荷与职业疾病的防范,人因工程中NIOSH提举方程和生物力学姿态分析发挥着重要作用,作为有效的评估风险手段被广泛采用。但目前针对该部分内容的教学效果并不理想,传统的教学模式缺乏理论与实际的结合,公式繁多,严重制约了课堂教学质量与效果。面向人因工程教学过程中提举方程分析和生物力学相关内容,提出了一种虚实融合的交互式教学模式,以期利用增强现实技术构建虚实融合环境,更直观立体地呈现复杂且枯燥的教学内容,最大限度地调动学生的学习积极性,提高教学效果,因此实施教学改革势在必行。
Human factor engineering is a comprehensive interdisciplinary subject which develops rapidly in recent years with the advancement of science and technology and the improvement of industrialization level.NIOSH lift equation and biomechanical pose analysis play an important role in human factor engineering and are widely used as effective risk assessment methods,especially for the prevention of physical workload and occupational diseases in the industrial field.However,at present,the teaching effect of this part of content is not ideal.The traditional teaching mode lacks the combination of theory and practice,and there are many formulas,which seriously restricts the quality and effect of classroom teaching. Aiming at the content of equationanalysis and biomechanics in the process of human factors engineering teaching, an interactive human factorsengineering teaching model based on augmented reality (AR) is proposed, in order to make use of the virtual andreal integration environment to present complex and boring teaching content more intuitively three-dimensional,maximize the mobilization of learning enthusiasm and improve the teaching effect.
