摘要
探讨每日晨间小讲座在儿科重症医学教学中的应用效果。选取2021年11月—2022年11月在苏州大学附属儿童医院重症医学科进行住院医生规范化培训的医生,开展每日晨间10~15分钟小讲座。由规培医生和重症专科医生轮流进行讲座,讲座内容主要是儿科重症相关诊治指南。通过出科时考核和问卷调查与上一年度学员比较两组不同培训方式下住院医生的理论考试、技能操作、案例分析和对科室教学的满意度。应用SPSS21.0进行统计学分析。参加小讲座学员在理论知识和案例分析方面高于传统教学组学员(p<0.05),两组学员操作技能比较无统计学差异(p>0.05)。参加小讲座组学员对科室教学的满意度最高(p<0.05)。每日晨间小讲座在儿科重症医学科住院医生教学中优于传统教学,提高了学生的理论知识水平,培养了学生重症诊疗思维,学员的满意度明显提高。
To explore the application of daily morning mini-lecture teaching in pediatric critical care medicine teaching,from November 2021 to November 2022,doctors who underwent standardized resident training in the Department of Critical Care Medicine,Children’s Hospital Affiliated to Soochow University were selected in the study.Each trained doctor takes turns to give one lecture a day.They were compared with the same period doctors of the previous year.The theoretical examination,skill operation and case examination and their satisfaction with department teaching were compared by the examination and questionnaire survey.SPSS 21.0 was used for statistical analysis.The theoretical knowledge test and case test of students in the mini-lecture teaching group were higher than those in the traditional teaching group (p<0.05), and there was no significant difference in skillsoperation assessment between two groups (p>0.05). The scores of theory assessment and case assessment ofstudents in the mini-lecture teaching group were higher than those in the traditional teaching group (p<0.05).Thedaily morning lecture is superior to the traditional teaching in the teaching of pediatric intensive medicine residents,which improves the students’ theoretical knowledge level and cultivates the students’ thinking of severe diagnosisand treatment.
