新时代安全学科研究生国际化培养模式探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of International Training Mode for Postgraduates in Safety Discipline in the New Era

新时代我国拔尖创新人才培养已逐步走向国际化。作为综合实践性、交叉学科特征显著的工科学科,安全学科的研究生培养应将国际化与专业化紧密结合,整合国际科教资源,以国内外科产教深度融合为抓手,提高安全学科拔尖人才培养质量。通过总结安全学科相关高校的国际化人才培养现状,提出现阶段国际化人才培养过程中存在的问题,并以西安科技大学安全学科的研究生国际化培养实践为例,探讨了解决当前存在问题的途径和方法,构建新时代安全学科研究生国际化培养新模式,为安全学科相关院校的高质量研究生培养提供借鉴意义。

In the new era,the cultivation of top innovative talents in China has gradually moved towards internationalization.As an engineering discipline with comprehensive practicality and prominent cross-discipline characteristics,safety discipline should closely combine internationalization and specialization in its postgraduate training,integrate international scientific and educational resources,and focus on the in-depth integration of domestic surgery,production and education,so as to improve the training quality of top talents in safety discipline.This paper summarizes the current situation of international talent training in universities related to the safety discipline,puts forward the existing problems in the process of international talent training at the present stage.Taking the international training practice of post graduate students in the safety discipline of Xi’an University of Science and Technology as an example,this paper discusses the ways and methods to solve the current problems,and constructs a new mode of international talent training in safety discipline in the New Era.It can be used for reference for the training of high-quality postgraduate students in universities related to the safety discipline.
