教育数字化转型背景下新财经人才培养探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Training New Financial Talents under the Background of Digital Education Transformation

教育数字化是我国开辟教育发展新赛道和塑造教育发展新优势的重要突破口,在数字化教育转型背景下如何推动新财经高质量人才培养,成为目前财经院校应关注的重点课题。分析了教育数字化转型的缘起、内涵,提出了教育数字化转型背景下新财经人才培养的五大能力要求及相应的人才培养路径,并从培养理念、培养方向、培养内涵、数字校园、培养师资等五个方面介绍了广东财经大学对此的探索与实践。

The fifth collective study of the Political Bureau emphasizes that the digitalization of education is an important breakthrough for China to open a new track of education and shape new advantages of education.Under this background,how to promote the training of new financial talents has become a key issue.This paper focuses on the origin and connotation of digital transformation of education,and puts forward five ability requirements and corresponding talent training paths for new financial talents under the background of digital transformation of education.It introduces the exploration and practice of GDUFE from five aspects:training concept,training direction,training connotation,digital campus and training teachers.
