以学生为中心的教学设计与实践——以“轨道工程”为例

摘要 比较了传授模式与学习模式在教学过程、评价标准、教学结构和教师角色间的差异,介绍了以学生为中心的学习模式在“轨道工程”的设计与实践情况:从工程教育认证的需求和学生个人发展出发逆向进行教学目标的设置,采用凝练轨道哲学问题、进行体验式教学、创新研讨以及任务驱动等多样化的教学活动帮助学生建构知识体系,充分利用教育信息工具协助课程管理,应用个性化形成性评价促进教与学的反思等。五年的实践证明,以学生为中心的学习模式在活跃课堂气氛、促进学生全面成长、改善师生关系等方面具有显著作用,符合国际工程教育认证要求。教师应转变观念和角色,积极创设新的教学环境,探索教学方法,促进学生自主学习。 The differences between the teaching mode and the learning mode were compared in this paper.Taking the Railway Track Engineering running in Southwest Jiaotong University as an example,the specific methods of the“student-centered”teaching concept in the teaching goal setting,teaching method design,application of educational information tools,formative evaluation and other aspects of this course were introduced.Years of practice has proved that the“student-centered”teaching mode plays an obvious role in promoting the overall growth of students,improving the relationship between teachers and students,and can meet the requirement of international engineering education certification.Teachers should change their ideas and roles,actively create new teaching environment and teaching methods to promote students’self-learning.
