线上线下融合教学在普外科见习中的应用

摘要 探索线上线下融合教学模式在普外科见习中的应用价值。选取69名本校普外科见习学生随机分组。实验组采取线上、线下融合的PBL、CBL教学法,对照组采用单纯线上的PBL、CBL教学法,通过阶段考核结合问卷调查方式评分并进行数据分析。结果显示,实验组在病史采集、疾病诊断、诊疗方案拟定、临床技能操作上评分高于对照组,对比差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。线上、线下融合的PBL、CBL教学模式较单纯线上教学模式有较大优势,值得在临床带教中推广。 To explore the application value of online and offline integrated teaching mode in general surgery probation,a total of 69 general surgery students were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group adopts the PBL and CBL teaching mode of online and offline integration,while the control group adopts online PBL and CBL teaching methods alone.Combining stage assessment with questionnaire survey to score and analyse,the scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group in terms of medical history collection,disease diagnosis,treatment plan formulation,and clinical skills operation.There is a statistically significant difference(p<0.05).The PBL and CBL teaching mode of online and offline integration has greater advantages than the simple online teaching.It is worth promoting in clinical teaching.
