基于“岗课赛证”融通的高职大数据与审计专业课程体系建设研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着互联网时代社会的经济发展,职业教育进入高速发展新时期。在此时代背景下,对大数据与审计专业人才的知识要求、岗位能力、职业素养提出更高要求。高职院校承担着培养复合型技术技能应用人才的重任,高职院校大数据与审计专业人才培养模式面临新挑战。高职院校明确大数据时代审计人才的岗位能力,建立符合新时代审计人才培养目标,构建以基本能力、实践能力、素养能力为核心,重构以懂知识、提能力、重比赛、强证书为目的的审计专业课程体系,满足大数据时代对审计人才能力的新要求迫在眉睫。通过“岗课赛证”融通,增强职业教育改革适应性,提高教育者综合能力,为受教育者在岗位就业提供结构性规划和导向,对培养创新型人才有着积极的意义。 With the social and economic development in the internet age,vocational education has entered a new era of rapid development.Under the background of this era,higher requirements are put forward for Big data and audit professionals in terms of knowledge requirements,job capabilities and professional quality.Higher vocational colleges are responsible for training applied talents with composite technical skills,and the training mode of Big data and audit professionals in higher vocational colleges is facing new challenges.Higher vocational colleges should define the post ability of audit talents in the Big data era,establish the audit talent training goal in line with the new era,build an audit professional curriculum system with basic ability,practical ability and literacy ability as the core,and reconstruct the purpose of understanding knowledge,improving ability,emphasizing competition and strengthening certificates,so as to meet the new requirements of the Big data era for audit talent ability.Through the integration of“post course competition certification”,the adaptability of vocational education reform is enhanced,the comprehensive ability of educators is improved,and structural planning and guidance are provided for the employment of educated individuals in their positions,which has a positive significance for cultivating innovative talents.
