新型研究型大学文化涵育的特征、困境与优化路径

The Characteristics Dilemmast and Optimization of Cultural Cultivation in New-Model Research Universities

新型研究型大学集创新、研究于一体,是“小而精、高起点、研究型”的新兴大学。通过案例分析与比较研究发现,相较于传统大学,新型研究型大学在人才培养、治理体系与学科体系3个维度分别呈现将创新精神融于人才培养,以全新理念涵育治理体系,以特色学科凝聚特色文化的共性特征。同时,新型研究型大学文化涵育也面对良性环境难以形成、新旧价值理念冲突与内生动力不足3个实践困境。为此,助推新型研究型大学高质量发展,应构建常态化的文化建设机制,营造良好的文化涵育环境,坚持持续性发展本土理念。

accelerated universities integrating innovation and research are born, and new-model research universities that are"small but fine, high jumping-off point, research-oriented"have developed rapidly. Through case analysis and comparative study, it is found that new-type research universities have the com-mon characteristics in three dimensions: personnel training, governance system and discipline system. Present as: integrating innovative spirit into talent training, cultivating governance system with new ideas, and uniting characteristic culture with unique disciplines. The realistic dilemma faced by cultural conservation are as follows: difficult formation of cultivation environment, conflict between old and originality values, endogenous dy-namic deficiency of cultural cultivation. Therefore, to promote the high-quality development of the new type of research university, it is necessary to build a normal cultural construction mechanism, create a good cultural en-vironment and adhere to the local concept of sustainable development.
