“政产学研”协同育人的作用机理与实践路径--基于教育内外部关系规律分析 被引量:3

摘要 “政产学研”协同育人是基于传统“产学研”合作育人提出的新模式,为平衡人才供需矛盾提供模式选择。针对人才供需矛盾,基于教育内外部关系规律,分析教育内部人才培养主体--“大学”“科研院所”的主导促进作用,教育外部人才需求主体--“产业”“企业”的制约推动作用,及其“政府”引导下多元主体“协同”育人的作用机理,为平衡人才供需矛盾提供理论支撑,并从深化“产教融合”、加强“校企合作”、完善“政策机制”等方面,探索“政产学研”协同育人的实践路径,以期为国家培养符合产业需求的创新性复合型人才。 The government-industry-university-research collaborative education is a new model based on the traditional"industry-university-research"cooperative education which provides a model to balance the contradiction between supply and demand of talents.For the contradiction of talent supply and demand, based on the law of internal and external relationship of education, we analyze the leading role of"university"and"research institute"as the main body of talent cultivation inside education and"industry"and"enterprise"as the main body of talent demand outside education and the mechanism of"collaborative"education of multiple subjects under the guidance of"government".It also provides a theoretical basis for balancing the contradiction between supply and demand and explores the practical path of"government, industry, academia and research"collaborative education from deepening"industry-education integration"strengthening"university-enterprise cooperation"and improving"policy mechanism",with a view to cultivating innovative composite talents for the country in line with industrial needs.
