振针注力针法治疗瘀滞型肩周炎疗效观察

Observation of Curative Efficacy of Vibration and Force Injection Acupuncture Method in Treatment of Blood Stasis Type Shoulder Periarthritis

目的:观察振针注力针法治疗瘀滞型肩周炎的临床疗效。方法:选择瘀滞型肩周炎患者66例,随机分为振针组和传统针刺组各33例。振针组予振针注力针法治疗,传统针刺组予常规针刺法治疗,两组均以6 d为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程。比较两组患者治疗前后中医证候评分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、肩关节活动度评分(Melle评分)以及日常生活能力(ADL)评分,评价临床疗效。结果:治疗后两组患者中医证候评分、VAS评分、Melle评分较治疗前均降低(P<0.05),ADL评分较治疗前均升高(P<0.05),且振针组患者上述评分均优于传统针刺组(P<0.05)。治疗后,振针组与传统针刺组总有效率分别为93.94%和72.73%,两组临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:振针注力针法能有效缓解瘀滞型肩周炎患者肩关节疼痛症状,提高患者肩关节活动度及日常生活能力,疗效确切。

Objective:To observe the clinical curative efficacy of vibration and force injection acupuncture method in the treatment of blood stasis type shoulder periarthritis.Methods:A total of 66 patients with blood stasis type shoulder periarthritis were randomly divided into vibration acupuncture group and traditional acupuncture group,with 33 cases in each group.The vibration acupuncture group was treated with vibration and force injection acupuncture method,while the traditional acupuncture group was treated with conventional acupuncture method.Both groups took 6 days as a course of treatment and were treated for two consecutive courses.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,visual ana-logue scale(VAS)score,shoulder joint mobility score(Melle score),and ability of daily living(ADL)score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The clinical curative efficacy of the two groups were evaluated.Results:After treatment,the TCM syndrome score,VAS score,and Melle score of both groups were decreased compared to those before treatment(P<0.05),and the ADL score of the two groups was increased compared to that before treatment(P<0.05).Moreover,the above scores of the vibration acupuncture group were better than those of the traditional acupuncture group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of the vibration acupuncture group and the traditional acupuncture group was 93.94%and 72.73%,respectively.There was a statistically significant difference in clinical curative efficacy between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions:The vibration and force injection acupuncture method can effectively alleviate the pain of shoulder joint in patients with blood stasis type shoulder periarthritis,and it can improve the patients’shoulder joint mobility and ability of daily living,which indicating its definite curative efficacy on blood stasis type shoulder periarthritis.
