钱秋海从“虚气流滞”论治痛风经验

摘要 “虚气流滞”是王永炎院士提出的中医病机理论,指由于元气亏虚,气血津液等流动物质运行失常,从而导致气滞、血瘀、痰凝、经络阻滞的病理过程。钱秋海教授结合多年临床经验与“虚气流滞”理论,指出痛风的病机可分为“虚气”与“流滞”两端。元气亏虚,推动无力,为发病之本;气血津液流滞局部而运行失常,为发病之标。“虚气”与“流滞”互为因果,共同推动痛风的病情发展。因此,治疗痛风以补虚通滞为基本治则可获得较好疗效,降低复发率。附验案2则。 “Qi-deficiency induced stagnation”is a pathogenesis theory in traditional Chinese medicine proposed by Academician WANG Yongyan,which refers to the pathological process of qi stagnation,blood stasis,phlegm accumulation,and meridian blockage caused by deficiency of original qi and abnormal movement of qi,blood,body fluid and other flowing substances.Professor QIAN Qiuhai,based on years of clinical experience and the theory of“qi-deficiency induced stagnation”,points out that the pathogenesis of gout can be divided into two aspects:“deficient qi”and“stagnant flow”.Deficiency of original qi which results in poor promotion is the fundamental cause of the disease,while qi,blood,and body fluid abnormally flowing into localized parts of the body is the secondary cause.“deficient qi”and“stagnant flow”mutually cause each other,and jointly promot the development of gout.Therefore,treating gout with a basic principle focusing on tonifying deficiency and clearing stagnation can achieve better curative effects and reduce the recurrence rate.Two proved cases are attached.
