清代以来玉米在凉山彝族地区的传播与利用探索

摘要 农作物的传播往往会对人类社会造成一系列的连锁反应。清代以来玉米在凉山彝族地区的引种与传播,除推动当地作物结构与经济类型产生变迁,还为日常食物获取提供了新的来源,缓解了人们对于其他粮食作物的补给依赖。随着社会生活中剩余产品的累积,玉米更被作为农业特产投入到市场交换当中,互通有无的经济联系发展成为族际交往中的和谐部分,促进了彝汉两族在饮食生活、社会生产方面的交流融合。 The spread of crops often causes a series of chain reactions to human society.The introduction and spread of corn in Liangshan Yi ethnic area since the Qing Dynasty not only promoted the change of local crop structure and economic type,but also provided a new source of daily food and eased people's dependence on other food crops.With the accumulation of surplus products in social life,corn has been put into market exchange as a special agricultural product.The economic connection between the two ethnic groups has developed into a harmonious part of inter ethnic communication,which has promoted the communication and integration of the Yi ethnic groups and Han people in terms of diet,life and social production.
