摘要
采用高精细数码显微镜图像分析技术和成分分析方法对压缩机电机局部烧毁问题进行试验研究,结果表明:当系统金属杂质进入电机漆包线和绝缘纸之间的缝隙后,伴随电机的高负荷运转,在压缩机内制冷剂的冲刷作用下,金属杂质会在漆包线和绝缘纸表面产生微小的冲击伤痕;伤痕的产生会降低漆包线表面绝缘漆和绝缘纸的绝缘性能,加之金属杂质间的断续打火,使漆包线和绝缘纸表面局部温度异常;温度上升到一定程度会导致绝缘纸局部软化直至绝缘不良,使漆包线伤痕处与铁芯产生打火现象;在电机持续运转条件下,打火面积逐渐增大最终导致电机局部烧毁。
Using high fine digital microscope image analysis technique and component analysis method,the local burning of compressor motor is researched by test.The results show that when the system metal impurities enter into the gap between enameled wire and insulating paper,the metal impurities will produce tiny impact scars on the surface of enameled wire and insulating paper under the action of compressor refrigerant scour with the high load operation of the motor.The generation of scars will reduce the insulation performance of enameled wire surface insulating paint and insulating paper,together with the intermittent ignition between metal impurities,so that the local temperature of enameled wire and insulating paper surface is abnormal.When the temperature rises to a certain extent,the insulation paper will soften partially until the insulation is poor,which will cause the spark phenomenon between the scars of enameled wire and the iron core.Under the condition of continuous operation of the motor,the ignition area gradually increases and eventually the motor burns out.
