ECMO联合IABP及CRRT治疗暴发性心肌炎患儿的护理

Nursing care of a child with fulminant myocarditis treated with ECMO,IABP and CRRT

暴发性心肌炎起病急、病情重、进展快、早期病死率高,合理的治疗与护理对患者病情转归至关重要。本文总结了体外膜肺氧合(extracorporeal membrane oxygenation,ECMO)、主动脉内球囊反搏(intra-aortic balloon pump,IABP)、连续性肾脏替代治疗(continuous renal replacement therapy,CRRT)联合救治1例重症暴发性心肌炎患儿的护理经验,包括循环支持护理、肾脏替代支持护理、呼吸支持护理、常见并发症预防与护理等要点。经过医护团队的救治与护理,患儿病情好转,顺利出院。

Fulminant myocarditis is characterized as acute onset,severe condition,rapid progression,and high early mortality rate.Reasonable treatment and nursing are crucial to the prognosis of patients.This paper summarized the nursing experience of a child with severe fulminant myocarditis treated with extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO),intraaortic balloon pump(IABP),and continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT),including the key points of circulatory support nursing,renal replacement support nursing,respiratory support nursing,common complication prevention and nursing,etc.After treatment and nursing by the medical team,the patient's condition improved and was discharged.
