瘢痕子宫再次妊娠孕妇心理一致感的影响因素分析

Influencing factors of sense of coherence in subsequent pregnancy women with scarred uterus

目的:分析瘢痕子宫再次妊娠孕妇心理一致感(SOC)的影响因素。方法:选取2020年2月至2023年2月该院收治的129例瘢痕子宫再次妊娠孕妇进行前瞻性研究,统计瘢痕子宫再次妊娠孕妇心理一致感量表(SOC-13)评分,采用多元线性回归分析瘢痕子宫再次妊娠孕妇SOC的影响因素。结果:129例孕妇平均SOC-13总分为(63.62±6.95)分,整体处于低水平,各维度条目均分从高到低依次为可理解感、意义感、可控制感;年龄>35岁、文化程度初中及以下、家庭关系一般、合并妊娠并发症孕妇SOC-13评分更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多元线性回归分析结果显示,年龄>35岁、文化程度初中及以下、家庭关系一般、合并妊娠并发症均为影响瘢痕子宫再次妊娠孕妇SOC的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:年龄>35岁、文化程度初中及以下、家庭关系一般、合并妊娠并发症均为影响瘢痕子宫再次妊娠孕妇SOC的危险因素。

Objective:To analyze influencing factors of sense of coherence(SOC)in subsequent pregnancy women with scarred uterus.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 129 subsequent pregnancy women with scarred uterus in this hospital from February 2020 to February 2023.The sense of coherence Scale(SOC-13)scores of these women were statistically analyzed.Multivariate linear regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of SOC in the subsequent pregnancy women with scarred uterus.Results:The average total score of SOC-13 in the 129 pregnant women was(63.62±6.95),which was at a low level.The average scores of the items in each dimension from high to low were comprehensibility,meaning and controllability.The SOC-13 score of the pregnant women with age>35 years old,junior high school and below,fair family relationship and pregnancy complications was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The multiple linear regression analysis showed that age>35 years old,junior high school and below,fair family relationship,and pregnancy complications were all risk factors for SOC in the subsequent pregnancy women with scarred uterus.Conclusions:Age>35 years old,junior high school and below,fair family relationship,and pregnancy complications are the risk factors for SOC in the subsequent pregnancy women with scarred uterus.
