红金消结胶囊联合米非司酮治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿腹腔镜术后患者的效果

Effects of Hongjin Xiaojie capsules combined with Mifepristone in treatment of patients with ovarian chocolate cyst after laparoscopic surgery

目的:观察红金消结胶囊联合米非司酮治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿(CCOV)腹腔镜术后患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2020年7月至2021年7月聊城市茌平区妇幼保健计划生育服务中心收治的66例CCOV患者的临床资料,按照治疗方法不同将其分为对照组和观察组各33例。两组均行腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术治疗,术后对照组口服米非司酮治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合红金消结胶囊治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后性激素指标[雌二醇(E_(2))、黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)]水平、盆腔疼痛[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]评分,不良反应发生率,以及复发率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为93.94%(31/33),高于对照组的66.67%(22/33),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组E_(2)水平和盆腔VAS评分均低于对照组,LH、FSH水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率和复发率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:红金消结胶囊联合米非司酮治疗CCOV腹腔镜术后患者可提高治疗总有效率,改善性激素指标水平,降低盆腔疼痛评分,效果优于单纯米非司酮治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of Hongjin Xiaojie capsules combined with Mifepristone in treatment of patients with ovarian chocolate cyst(CCOV)after laparoscopic surgery.Methods:The clinical data of 66 CCOV patients admitted to Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center of Chiping District of Liaocheng city from July 2020 to July 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,33 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy.After the surgery,the control group was treated with Mifepristone orally,while the observation group was treated with Hongjin Xiaojie capsules on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the sex hormone levels[estradiol(E_(2)),luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)]before and after the treatment,the pelvic pain[visual analogue scale(VAS)]score,the incidence of adverse reactions,and the recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.94%(31/33),which was higher than 66.67%(22/33)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the E_(2)level and the pelvic VAS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the levels of LH and FSH were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Hongjin Xiaojie capsules combined with Mifepristone in the treatment of the patients with CCOV after laparoscopic surgery can improve the total effective rate of treatment,improve the levels of sex hormones,and reduce the pelvic pain scores.Moreover,it is superior to single Mifepristone treatment.
