阿莫西林与奥美拉唑联合克拉霉素治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效及安全性研究

Clinical efficacy and safety of amoxicillin omeprazole combined with clarithromycin in the treatment of gastric ulcer

目的探究阿莫西林与奥美拉唑联合克拉霉素治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效及安全性的研究。方法选取2020年1月至2021年1月本院收治的68例胃溃疡患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为实验组与参照组,各34例。参照组接受西咪替丁联合阿莫西林治疗,实验组接受奥美拉唑、阿莫西林联合克拉霉素治疗,比较两组胃溃疡症状消失时间、疼痛评分、临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果实验组反酸消失时间、腹痛消失时间、嗳气消失时间、胃灼热感消失时间均明显短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组疼痛评分均低于治疗前,且实验组低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组治疗总有效率为94.11%,明显高于参照组的70.59%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组不良反应发生率为14.71%,明显低于参照组的35.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿莫西林、奥美拉唑联合克拉霉素治疗胃溃疡患者的疗效确切,可改善临床症状,减轻患者疼痛,且不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of amoxicillin omeprazole combined with clarithromycin in the treatment of gastric ulcer.Methods A total of 68 patients with gastric ulcer who were treated in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the experimental group and the reference group according to the random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The reference group were treated with cimetidine combined with amoxicillin,while the experimental group were treated with omeprazole and amoxicillin combined with clarithromycin.The gastric ulcer symptoms disappearance timd,pain score before and after treatment,clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of acid reflux,abdominal pain,belching and stomach burning sensation in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the experimental group was 94.11%,which was higher than 70.59%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 14.71%,which was lower than 35.29%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Amoxicillin,omeprazole combined with clarithromycin in the treatment of gastric ulcer patients is effective,can improve clinical symptoms,reduce pain,and less adverse reactions,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
